Junior / Senior Recruitment Consultant

Here at TPF Recruitment, we’re looking for either a Junior or Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our team based in Whitstable, Kent.

​

We’re a small but fast-growing entrepreneurial recruitment agency that specialises in the accountancy sector. We’ve quickly become the leading provider for all of the best accountancy businesses across the South East and our clients range from small start-up businesses through to some of the biggest accountancy firms in the world.

​

As we approach our fourth year of trading, we’ve hit some incredible milestones on our way while seeing the business double in size in our second year and achieving 30% growth in year three.

Due to this growth, we’re now looking for an ambitious Junior or Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our team and be part of our next journey of growth.

​

You will be responsible for managing your market with full autonomy, operating in a 360-recruitment capacity, and building long-term relationships with your clients and candidates. You'll benefit from having an experienced and extremely high-achieving team around you who will provide you with lots of support and business opportunities. We have a relaxed but professional working environment with no KPIs and lots of teamwork.

Requirements

​

• We're looking for an ambitious candidate who is money-motivated and keen to build a long-term career.

• You must have previous recruitment experience with a good track record.

• Evidence of a strong work ethic and strong communication skills is a must.

• Resilience, determination, competitiveness, and ambition are key traits we're looking for.

Benefits

​

As a Junior or Senior Recruitment Consultant, based at our Whitstable office, you will receive:

• £25,000- £40,000 per annum (OTE £100k+)

• A very generous, uncapped commission scheme

• 8am-5pm, Monday- Friday
